The Best Part About Working for Turbo’s RV
It is rare to find a company that truly cares about their employees as well as their customers. The charm of a locally owned business presents a clear distinction from corporate politics and profitability techniques of larger organizations. Here at Turbo’s, the owners Eric and Madeline focus on people rather than the bottom line.
It is truly an amazing feeling to be able to come to work every day knowing that their goal is to ensure that quality work is performed, and their customers leave here smiling. The relationships built between customers and Turbo’s staff goes beyond shallow communication and payment requests. Rather, we have the opportunity to follow through from the time you call to make an appointment, to delivering your rig back to you, and following up periodically on the service we perform.
Here at Turbo’s we don’t have the typical staff mandatory meetings. Instead of the monotonous lectures on productivity and profit, we have discussions about how to better take care of our customers, and expand the opportunities of the business in providing service to you. Never is the success of an employee based on daily monetary gain, rather the techniques and work ethic they display. Eric often says things like “our prices are fair and our work is exceptional, profit follows” and “we are not here to take advantage of a customer’s checkbook, if we go out of our way to save them money they’ll keep coming back”.
At the end of the day, I truly consider myself blessed to work for an ethical business; with owners who care; and customer’s whose appreciation I have the privilege of hearing first hand.
