Turbo’s Mobile RV has an Opening for a Technician Apprentice!
What We Stand For:
Turbo’s RV is a family owned RV service company based in Monument, Colorado. We are a company that strives to provide the highest quality of service for our customers. We believe that doing business right, leads to excellent customer service and happy employees. Some of the services we provide include plumbing, 12 volt and 110 volt electrical systems, appliances, cabinetry, general repairs, and demonstrating the operation of recreational vehicle to our customers.
General Skills Employees Must Possess:
- General understanding of electrical and plumbing components
- Ability to read and take directions, then execute tasks accordingly
- Understanding and interpretation of electrical diagrams
- Demonstrates aptness in maintenance and troubleshooting skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Basic typing skills required
- Basic mathematical abilities
- Comfortable answering phones to help with scheduling and addressing customer concerns
- It is physical work, so must be fit and capable of lifting 50-75 pounds
- Must pass drug test and background check
- Positions require valid driver’s license and good driving record. Applicant MUST have CLEAN driving record.
- Keep track of parts and materials used in repair or replacement activities
- Keep supervisor apprised of work progress and ensures that the final work product is inspected
- Maintains a safe work area for customers and coworkers
- Keep units and equipment secure from weather
- Provides exceptional customer service
- Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned and performs duties at company established performance levels.

As an apprentice, we are looking for an employee with a character that reflects all that Turbo’s stands for. Potential employees must have an energetic, positive, can-do attitude. Having a great work ethic and a strong sense of teamwork is a must. An apprentice should be an apt and fast learner who can see a future career utilizing the skills we will work to provide. Turbo’s is a company willing to train and guide our apprentice to become a certified technician with the opportunity to become a mobile technician after trust and training are established.
